Summary:
Exterior looks like the mean lair of a decadent villain who embezzles from an orpanage, or Aku's head. Feel free to make it white or gold, or another color.
Requires Apartment Life only and was tested with Any Game Starter 2.1.1 with Apartment Life loaded.
Does not require or use Mansion & Garden Stuff. Just Apartment Life.
A copy was tested with one test sim for two sim weeks.
Furnished version has no dining table. Sims will eat on the couch. Table-eating is deprecated.
Spikes of Spite, Dome of Doom and Bassin de Miel Haineux. And Balconies of Badness.

Theme: Despairing at a possible future career of making T-shirts, a graphic design hack makes a Sims 2 lot.
Lot Size: 2 x 3
Neighborhood View Warping: There are some live shadows but not nearly as horribly bad as it could have been, had I put tiles on the spikes.
Initial Capacity: Two sims and their little future criminal. But I only tested the lot with a test sim, named Test Testy.
Custom Content: None needed for this lot. None used for this lot. I used Any Game Starter to load Apartment Life only.

I recommend using Family Funds cheat to afford it as a starter home, because the wingspan is wide but interior space is crucial.

Notes:
Bellum Gul is a TS2 small version of Nenim Gul for TS3.
For some reason my test sim did not sit in the bar stool to drink preferring to stand up.
No other items showed up when I checked Clean Installer.
Made with 100% hate from concentrate.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
