Looking for a sweet little family home which is big on charm? Look no further than The Granny Smith! This cheery home is set up as a two bedroom, perfect for a small family, but could easily be converted to be one bedroom and an office. Features an eat-in kitchen, a family room with a fireplace, and a backyard pond.

EPs: This lot requires Pets, Seasons and Gen. Supernatural is used for one table lamp (in the master bedroom) and the decorative pitcher on the bathroom counter, but those items can both be easily swapped so I have not marked SN as required.
