A welcoming European house that is unfurnished and ready to be moved in by a small family or secondary graduate, built by Ken. Feel free to use it whatever you like. Please give credit if you plan on uploading the lot with furniture, remaking it for only the base game or the other instalments. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dining room, a kitchen, and a living room. The exact price of the lot (since it's unfurnished) is $15,316, so, ideally, around eighteen to twenty thousand for furniture and later bills.
