Here are five sets of underwear I made for the Big Big Woman based on Starangel13's Curvy Girl mesh.

These were made altering the original Maxis mesh so they should work in ALL games/with all EPs.

Enjoy these and feel free to comment or say thanks if you wish. Please do not upload these as your own. Even simple recolors/retextures take time. I hope you WILL use them on your sims, though. I would love to see them in some pictures on the forums.
