Home Sweet Home 4 is apartment lot with three separated houses. I wanted to show how to look smaller towns and their streets. Earlier Home Sweet Home apartment series you can find on my profile in Lot-Housing section and with them you can fill the streets in your game and have many houses for choose for your sim and his apartment life.
Two houses in this lot have private garden, grey house in the middle has garden on different level from living area. Normally game do not allow this kind of apartments but with Goggalor build cheat now such apartments great works.
I included Wrought Wright, Inc.Iron Age invisible fence by pfish in this pack, it is mandatory to install this fence together with apartment lot in order to this apartments can work properly.

These above objects are required on diagonal walls, in this lot they are not used.

- Maxis driveway recolor Tiny Filesize Invisible Driveway for Lot Builders by Sophie-David
EP's after Seasons does not automatically packaged this recolor in sims 2 pack.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
