Welcome to the Cabin in the Woods. No, it's not a trap house to feed gods, it's a modern, yet rustic living space for your sims!

The house consists of 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, a Laundry Room and 3 spacious outdoor seating areas, as well as two car parking spaces.

This lot has been play tested and all areas are accessible and useable by sims! The Parrot family was very happy here!

There is no Custom Content in this download and no Store Content. Late Night was used for the keyboard only - University Life was used for some rugs and lights. Nearly everything has been given a nice, pleasing "coat of paint".

Feel free to customise this house as you wish, but please don't upload again and claim ownership of this house as it's my first home upload and I'm pretty proud of it.

I really hope you enjoy this house as I think it's beautiful and appeals to the city dweller longing to live in the outdoors in me, while keeping all modern amenities of course!
