Hey you, (yes, i do mean you). Let me introduce you to the Potter's modern home, a recently constructed modern suburban house and possibly your next brilliant real estate investment.

Wait, why haven't i made such a one in a lifetime investment? Well, the answer to that my friends is actually obvious, i simply can't afford such a luxurious property but you can and that's why you should snatch this opportunity up before it's gone from the market and you are regretting your decision. (don't be like George).

The Potter's house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home built with a two door garage and an outdoor patio overlooking well, whatever you decide to look at while on the patio. Make all your neighbor's jealous with your freshly manicured lawn (how do they get the grass so even) and slightly averagely done landscaping (still better than yours, George).

Enjoy family time in a spacious living room area or even host a book club if you're feeling like it (Your'e not invited, George) or cook up master recipes in the adjoining kitchen/dining area. (George can't have any though)

The house is fully furnished and decorated and ready for your sim family to move in. As said in the title, no CC was used in the making of this home and it is 100% maxis content.

If anyone might have issues with the hedges around the decor pool area when it comes to gardening, i would recommend installing the Perfect plants gardening mod by twojeffs which should keep the hedges in mint condition. Link to that is listed below:
