I have a folder in my Favourites list with all the sites that help me create things for TS2. You can also pull textures from some of these sites because the photos they have are nice and large. Please comment if you have any to add - I'm sure others would appreciate it!

Martha Stewart Furniture
Pier 1 Imports - These 3 sites are great to get an idea of furniture styles, colour matching, and how to arrange a room.

Allposters.com - This site is great for paintings and posters because you can pull the texture right from the site. I recommend that you give credit to the artist when upload a painting.

RugScout - A fabulous site for all types of Oriental and Persian rugs.

Texture Hound - These are great free texture sites. You can use them for everything: objects, walls, floors, groundcover, and more. If you do a search on Google for "texture maps" or "3d textures" you can find many more.

I will be posting links and tips on how to make items and build mode for the Sims 2 for other creators to view. By the way, I do have 10 uploads if you count them on my profile page but somehow the information that displays beside my name in a post in wrong. Just so the admins know when they're reviewing this journal.

When it is approved I will post good links to get ideas on what to make. Good places to start are interior design sites and house & garden magazines. :google: is your friend.
