This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default SimPE: changing a good memory to a bad memory
I only use SimPE sometimes and I have been creating memories and editing them without problems but it was when I created the memory that someone had died and appeared green in the game but with the negative description. Is there any way to change a good memory into a bad memory? And is it possible to change the memory description?

Yes, go into the Raw Data tab and change the first line from 0x0000 to 0x0004 - picture attached.

Is it the same process to turn a bad into a good memory?

well, yes, only the other way round. It's just a toggle - one is green, the other red.
