Default Help With Sims 4 Mod Constructor
I just downloaded the sims 4 mod constructor. I really want to make a trait, but I can't figure out how to make occasional buffs, like how sometimes good sims get a happy moodlet. Every time I make a buff it's always there. Help please!

1. Create your trait
2. Click the Buff tab
3. Click the Loots tab
4. Click the plus sign next to the Events box
5. Choose Occasional Buff and name your buff
6. Fill out the info on the screen that pops up
7. Don't add any test conditions
8. Make sure there's a minimum wait or the buff will be applied constantly.
9. Hit create resources.

Do not modify anything else related to the buff and you should have a working occasional buff. If you need more help screenshot which options you're selecting or zip and upload your project folder and we'll figure out what's wrong.

I'm seriously wondering this too.

I'm trying to create a trait with multiple occasional buffs but whenever I try to create another one after the first, an error message comes up saying "That object already exists!"

Is there a way to get around this? I'd appreciate all the help I can get!

To create more than one you just need to change the "Ressource Name". The object already exists because you kept the default name, it took me some time to notice ( https://i.imgur.com/CAnAeYN.png )

Also, does someone know why on my computer I have a "something has gone horribly wrong" window opening and needs/skill/carrer/other toggle names not appearing and not working? (It looks like that : https://i.imgur.com/qG2Sql0.png )
I'm not sure I'm in the right place but this is a thread on Mod Constructor so I don't know where else to post it. I've been trying to create new traits and this just blocks me from doing it =/

Found this tutorial, and the beta for newest version.

There is NO buff tab on my program nor Loots. What do I do from here? ...
