I thought the contest would be over by now. But I see it's not. I have the cable connection only until tomorrow and then it's connected at the new place on Tuesday (I will go insane waiting)!!! I did what I came here to do, which was try new things and try to improve my pictures and poses. I would have liked things to be a bit more challenging. Why would someone want to put time and effort into intricate pictures when they could get away with striking an arbitrary pose and slapping it onto any old background of their choosing, you know?

This is the LAST cycle of MAD... what is your response?
I have mixed feelings. I enjoyed interpreting other cultures through fashion and seeing what my fellow contestants came up with, but like I said, I didn't really feel like we had high expectations placed upon us.

I need to get over Eden. She's pretty much my only sim that wins contests these days. Three of my last five slots in my hall of fame are occupied by her snarky, sci-fi obsessed, hack-hating Texan arse. Oh, variety, thy name is NOT Freelancer.
