I'm looking for a way to make my pregnant female sim's belly button to be out. It can be as a slider or accessory but I coulnd't find on the interned mod like that. Thanks

Wanted the same thing. Though this post is old, there may be others searching for the same. Venus Princess has Popped Belly Buttons found here . These are "outie" belly buttons found in the Bottoms section of clothing for nude and sleepwear. They are bottoms and not accessories (enabled for pregnant morph), so they are naked waist down. You could use accessory clothing with it, but there is also underwear with the popped out button. So far, this is the best I could find. Hope this helps.
