Hi, I wonder if there is a way to create a new superstar npc such as the Marylin Monroe and Christina Aguilera ones! I want to add Britney to my studio town!

Maxis released a Make-a-Celebrity program, but this only allows you to create SOMEBODIES; it doesn't let you make the kind of superstar NPC that Marilyn Monroe is in the game.

Sim Wardrobe released a program called NPC Replacer. I've never used it, but Daphne Harridge at Reddit says that it will replace the NPC's we see in Studio Town. Of course, you need to make or download skins that look like the person you want the NPC to look like.
