Im working on the mirage as we speak. Expect all items pages next week. Would be done sooner, but control tech exams are a lot of work when you have a teacher named Mr Wilkes, who looks like a goblin, who nobody listens to. Off topic. I apologise.
And mod_bv, I was messing with some of your cheats, and
stringProp lotWindowFillColor (0,0,0,1)
didnt work.

No, its completely free. Its a user made expansion pack, now being called a content pack.
I didnt know you had an account yet ben! Ill go give you moderator status.
Oh, and you can have detail. Look at the premade families that come with the sims, and use those as an idea of how it should be. WE dont want it too long.

I Paologise for the forum. I am now an Admin(woohoo!) which is entirely new to me! The admin panel has about 30 diff options, so Im just working through them trying to understand how it works!
