Default Will there be a modthesims3?
I was just wondering when once the Sims 3 comes out, will there be a modthesims3?

Default Delpy's retirement post
Delphy put a post up about this somewhere not long back. Apparently it's unlikely because he's stopping working on the sites he runs. They're being left in safe hands but the things he used to do will be finishing. (That's the gist of it I think, can't remember any more).

Sad news, I know, but I hope he'll be happy, whatever he goes on to do.
