I guess these terms are kinda hard to be googling for, especially the term remodel just yields results of house building vids... I don't know what else to call them. Anyway, I just want whatever alternate versions of store PC or even EP specific items; just whatever isn't the basic furniture that every other CC creator makes. I've only ever found these types of items on Sandy's website, but not much anywhere else.

Can you tag a few items from Sandy's that you are talking about to give a better idea of what you are looking for?

Well just an example, from the site is there are other versions of the changing table there for more versatility that can be used on public lots, same with the toddler swing, as there's one on Sandy's that matches with a whole playground set and makes it look overall better than what EA has provided. Broadly, I'm just looking for any CC creator who has ever made an alternate version of PC, nothing really specific.

I would suggest TSR then. I have a ton of working versions (of toddler things) toyboxes, cribs, changing tables.

I'd only ever seen aa6x7's rabbithole rugs before (and love them), had no idea they made so many incredibly useful things. I'm not the person who asked, but honestly thank you so much for the recommendation! I'm pretty sure I just downloaded 99% of the things this creator ever made.
