Thanks for this! I was disappointed when the original TV distortion fix stopped working and the modder had left the community.

But the distortion we can allow or not in game options, Am I right? So why i should use this mod?

No your not right. If we had the option to turn on or off distortion why would we turn it on?

This fixes the TV distortion when you fast forward your game. That can not be turned on or off in options.

This mod is no longer working (50/50) as of today with the Seasons expansion and the patch 1.44.77.1020. It will show no distortion and whatnot but you won't be able to participate on the event called "TV season premiere" since the option to do so will never show up.

EDIT: I just found the mod prevents you from seeing the weather channel as well. I dint even know that was a new feature until I deleted the mod.
