Default The Kidnapped Challenge!
Hi guys!

This is my challenge

BACKSTORY

You were a normal teen living a normal live until your family was robbed. While your parents tried to stop the robber they were killed and you were kidnapped by the burglar because he knew that you would tell the police everything. You now live as a hostage in his home, locked away where no one will find you so you've decided to take matters into your own hands and escape.

Before you start, remember to delete the school, we don't wan the teachers getting suspicious now do we

CAS

Create 2 sims, a male young adult and a teen of any gender. They can look however you want but I recommend that the YA looked evil and the teen looks a bit messy.

The man must have the traits evil and hot-headed but the rest are up to you. Try to keep them to fit his evil character. His lifetime reward must be "The Emperor Of Evil" (I think that's what it is).
The teen can have any traits you want but Night-Owl and/or Bookworm can really help.
Don't edit the relationship with the Robber and your teen.

BUILDING

Move them into a small lot or an already made home. Create a small house that has one bathroom, one bedroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a spare room. You can add a pool or garden or whatever. I really don't care Do whatever you want. In the space room there must be an cheap bed, a side table and a table light, a bookcase, a toilet, a shower and a table with a chair as well as any ceiling lights necessary. If you want you can create a little room for the toilet and shower. Also, If you want you can make this place in a basement to make it seem a bit more mysterious...
This is your character's room where she/he is locked away, So make sure to make all the wallpapers and flooring fits.

You may cheat for all of this but once you have finished set the family funds to 500 simoleons

GAMEPLAY

Have the teen walk into the space room and lock the door behind her so that only the robber can enter. Set the bed ownerships and you may now play!

You may play both sims but your teenager is the main sim you will be playing with. You may play the YA but you should only control him to make sure he goes to work and to make sure he cooks the food for your character.
Have your YA join the criminal career and cook a single serving of something for the hostage. Once you have done that drag the food into the hostage room. Make sure your sim does this everyday and that it is only a single serving so your teen only gets one meal a day.

TEEN-HOOD

During your teen's teen life, her/his main goal is to get out to eat extra food, earn money and meet a lover so that she/he will soon escape forever.

RULES:

Every time the criminal goes to work, your teen manages to unlock the door and may now leave.
Your teen must be back in their room and the door must be locked before the YA comes home.
Your teen can escape into town while the YA is at work. Try and earn her/his money by dumpster diving or selling plants and food.
When the kidnapper returns, everything in the house must be EXACTLY the same as it was when he left.

Your teen is not allowed to invite anyone over but she/he is allowed to invite a sim out
Your sim is not allowed to get a part-time job

If your sim is caught outside their room/something has changed in the house since the kidnapper had gone then your sim is in BIG trouble. Your sim must now miss out on a days meal + she/he is not allowed to leave the next day.

You might want to have a word document open or a piece of paper nearby so you can mark down how much money your sim has collected so you don't get confused with the YA's money and your teen's money.

YOUNGADULTHOOD

When your sim ages up she/he is now a YA. Her/his main goal now is to marry her/his lover and move in with him/her.

The same rules apply as the teen-hood that when the kidnapper leaves for work your sim can leave. And if she/he is caught outside his/her room or if anything in the house has changed since the kidnapper left then your sim must miss out on a meal and cannot leave the next day.

Your sim is now allowed to invite the lover over. But make sure that he/she has left before the kidnapper gets back.
Have your sim propose to his/her lover and hope that they say yes, if they don't then just keep trying and continue to play normally but if they do then this is your chance! Get your sim somewhere romantic and have a private wedding! Once they are married then you may move the love birds out!

Congrats! You have escaped the kidnapper! But there is one last task. Have the sims move to another town so that they can truly get away.
And that's the end of the challenge! You can now continue to play with the two sims as a normal world

OPTIONAL

This idea came from user Meowmix1190 and I loved the idea so much that I'm going to add it to the challenge!
Basically every day or week, depending on how difficult you want to make the game play, you will roll the 20 dice, the one on the bottom, from this website: https://www.wizards.com/dnd/dice/dice.htm

Every time you get a certain number refer to this:

1: Epic Fail- roll 1d6 and refer to the epic fail reference list
2: Toilet Troubles; your toilet breaks and you must wait a full day to get it fixed by your captor. (put toilet in family inventory for 1 day)
3: Stroke of luck; your kidnapper is being benevolent and gives you a snack you can eat later (must be fruit or something that is bought at the grocery store.
4: Manual Labor; your Captor on his next off day will supervise you while you (clean his house/do his gardening/cook his meals) you choose
5: A New Book; You talk your captor into giving/buying a new book in return for not making a lot of noise and alerting the neighbors (may not be a skill book)
6: Unpaid time off; your captor takes a day off to relax his/her next workday
7: Unclean Environment; you get sick and must stay in bed for a day due to being in a dingy, cold, moldy basement/Spare Room with no windows.
8: PTSD; you flash back to when you got kidnapped and can’t sleep. (When your sim’s sleep bar gets low put the bed into family inventory and the only way your sim can regain that rest is to pass out. When your sim wakes up NATURALLY you can return the bed)
9: Dinner and a Movie; your captor is going on a date and will be gone for 6 hours (your captor should not be actually dating but have them leave for 6 hours like have them go to the park, or see a movie, eat, tour the studios, go explore the graveyard crypt or something)
10: TV time; Your captor lets you have a few hours today watching television to keep you placated. (Watch TV sometime today/night until your fun bar is full)
11: Clothes are too small; Your Sims’s clothes are a little too small your captor will allow you to have 1 more outfit (go plan outfit and give your Sim 1 set of CASUAL Clothing)
12: Anger issues; your captor is angry at something and takes it out on you (have your captor argue/slap/insult your sim until your sim has the humiliated moodlet)
13: Oops; your captor caught you out of your room sneaking some food. Not only do you lose your meal for the day but you only have two other chances to be discovered that week before he/she kills you.
14: Look the part; your captor has plans for you [a drug runner, smuggler, prostitute, etc. You decide] when you get to be an adult but for now he must show you off to his boss and convince the boss that you are an investment (go into plan outfit and change your formal wear [when you start you should only have 1 outfit w/ the exception of swimwear and cold weather outfits])
15: Leftovers; the food in the fridge is about to go bad so your captor will allow you an extra meal that day. He/She will escort you to the fridge and then back to your room. (food doesn’t have to be close to being bad just have your sim eat leftovers or if there are no leftovers allow your sim a quick meal)
16: Chubby? Your captor thinks you are getting fat and when you are fat you will eat more food so every day for the next 7 days he/she will allow you out of your room while he/she is home to work out until fatigued [if you are fatigued you can’t get away]
17: Skill Book; your captor wants you to do something for him but they need you to have the skill so they buy you a skill book to learn (it is your choice [example: your captor wants you to create meth for his drug ring so buy an inventing or alchemy skill book])
18: Early Day: your Captor will come home from work 2 hours early today (not really but your sim must be home 2 hours before your Captor gets off to simulate)
19: Good Mood; your captor is in a good mood today and won’t insult you or anything. (Use your captor to make your sim’s social bar fill up all the way before bed ensure that the captor doesn't be mean, rude, or insult your teen sim)
20: Epic Win- Roll 1d6 and reference the Epic Win Reference List

If you get either Epic fail or epic win then roll the normal dice, the second one, and refer to this:

Epic Fail- Roll 1d6:
1: You have money? Not anymore; your captor discovers you have been getting money (he/she thinks you stole it from him or embezzled from him [if you got the work for me slave epic win chance]) you lose all of it. The household funds stay current but your sim will not be able to access them
2: Hmmm So You Escaped did you?; Your Kidnapper discovers you got out; he/she beats you and changes the lock on the door. You cannot leave the house for 4 days while you recover and figure out a new way to unlock the door (3 days to recover all you can do is take care of your essentials and relax in bed while reading. And the last day you must try and improve your handiness skill)
3: Nope you don’t get a bed; your captor takes your bed away for 3 days because you angered him by asking for more food. (Have the captor insult/argue/yell at sim until humiliated moodlet appears and then take the sim’s bed and put it in the family inventory until the three days are up…..oh btw you don’t get a meal today for making the request for more food)
4: Maximum Relaxation: Crud it looks like you are not getting out this week. Your captor took 5 unpaid days off.
5: Stockholm syndrome: Your Sim starts going crazy and starts to think maybe my captor is ok. (Keep a tally sheet of how many times you get this particular choice. Once you get 3 of these it is game over. You no longer have the will to escape, heck you might even want your captor become your lover in the future)
6: Uh-Oh; You irritated the captor so much that he is going to take away everything for 2 days (no toilet, bath, bed, sink, or books [also if you got the work for me slave epic win choice you cannot do that either. You will have access to nothing but the food and cleaning up after yourself in the house]) Your mood is going to be so down the drain by the time these two days are up. (On the 3rd day [after getting your stuff back] you cannot get out of your room because you are so depressed and recovering from the previous two days

Epic Win- Roll 1d6
1: Work for Me Slave; your captor wants you to work for money so buy an easel, sculpting station, workbench, etc. (choose only one) and place it in your sim’s cage (aka room/cell/whatever you want to call it) you get a small commission fee for doing it and your Captor gets the rest of the profit, though you may keep the entire amount if you START and FINISH a project while the Captor is gone (be advised if the captor comes home he will see it automatically so if you do not finish it by the time your captor gets home your captor gets the profits). When you sell a painting you get 10 Simoleans for small ones, 15 Simoleans for Medium ones, and you get 20 Simoleans for the large ones. For the rest of the projects you get 15 Simoleans each project completed.
2: Hidey-hole; You find a loose floorboard/wall panel and are able to make a little cubby in which you can hide food in (each hidey-hole you have may hold 2 pieces of fruit or snack like items) (just keep the snacks in your inventory) but the hidey-holes will never be discovered by your captor.
3: Free-Vacation; Your captor wins a free vacation and wants to go on it so he/she has a friend check up on you while they are gone; though the friend is a couch potato and only checks in once a day for an hour on his way home from work (he lies and says that he checks up every four hours to the captor). (The next time your captor gets the free vacation option accept it and your sim has to be home between 9pm-10pm). (if you sim is an adult just pretend the Captor is gone)
4: Hospitalization; Your captor gets very sick and hospitalized for 2 days and he/she can’t even set up someone to come and check up on you. (Your sim has free reign for 2 days even with your captor being home.)
5: Excess Food; for the next 7 days your captor allows you to eat as much as you want and whenever you want due to the fact that he bought too much food; though you will still be escorted to the fridge.
6: Help is On the Way; you somehow manage to get into contact with the police and give them a hint to where you are at. As soon as you get 5 of this particular choice you will be able to escape as soon as you are an adult. You may not use a birthday cake to age up. Also you will still have to get money to get free

Hope this will make it a bit more challenging x

HOW DO YOU LOSE?

There are a few ways to lose.

1. Caught red handed

Your sim is caught outside their room 3 times in a row and the kidnapper realises what is happening. He decides to finish you off before you escape to the police. YOU LOSE!

2. I'm dead

Your sim could not get enough food to survive and slowly died YOU LOSE!

3. Where is my kidnapper?

The kidnapper died and you sim never came out of his/her room because they didn't know if he was home or not. YOU LOSE!

Thanks for reading my challenge If you have any questions then comment them down below along with maybe some suggestions to make the challenge even better

Default My Sims
Well, first I introduse my sims, Chantelle Dale and Jonathan Èvilè (I didn't come up with anything else)

Chantelle was a girl with positive energy, she loved every second of life. Untin one night, she woke up of a scream and went down stairs. She did not see anything because of the darkness and suddenly she got knocked out. When she woke up, she was in a basement in Sunset Valley. I gave her the traits: Lucky, Coward, Bookworm and (Can't remember the last trait, I will fill out as fast as I find out)
This is her: Chantelle

Jonathan Èvilè is an evil sim. He works as a crimminal and one day when he broke into a house in Bridgeport, he failed. The family woke up, he kidnapped the daughter and left the parents unconsios. (I forgot to make the parents tho. :/) He drove to Sunset Valley and left the girl in the basement. I gave him the traits: Evil, Hot Headed, Kleptomanic, Rebelious and Meanspirited.
This is him: Jonathan

The house is not to big, it is designed spesific for this challenge. On the first floor a made it look like a normal house, outside I made a fenced in area with lots of bushes and a lader down to a room. In the room it's only a couch and a door, and behind the door you find the kidnapped girl. It's not big, it's a rusty, dirty and falling appart looking place.

So here is the back story of my teen sim that I created. I spiced things up a little and everyday She wakes up I roll a 20 sided die. on her 3rd day she rolled a 20 and was able to successfully use her handiness skill to make a small cubby in the floor under her bed that will hide and hold 2 pieces of fruit. I will post the dice roll sheet I created later.
My sim's traits are:
night owl
bookworm
handy
perceptive

Yuri Ishtar was at the bank with her family making a deposit due to her father's substantial holiday pay bonus, but while there a robbery started.
The Robber took everything and once finished he gunned down everyone except one. The Sunset Valley Police Department had already surrounded the bank and he needed a hostage in order to get away. He chose the youngest person there in order to manipulate the police emotionally.
Needless to say he escaped with the girl in tow. Now in the big city of Bridgeport Yuri must find a way out of that basement and a way to return to Sunset Valley.

2 Months Later

So far Yuri stayed inside as a good captive into making Benjamin Ralston, her captor, think that she was a meek and scared little girl that wouldn't try to escape. Now that he is complacent she uses her handiness skill everyday while he is at work to unlock her cage and try to earn enough to get home.

Please Let me know what you think

Default Added Chance Dice Roll
Here are the dice rolls I also included an online die roller site. I would suggest copying and saving them to your computer. I think it will make the game a bit more interesting though ^^

Kidnap Challenge Sims 3- Dice Roll Reference sheet:
https://www.wizards.com/dnd/dice/dice.htm
Roll 1d20 every morning your Sim wakes up
1d20:

Also you will still have to get money to get free.

I had them written down so I typed them up and copy and pasted them below. Please let me know how they work. I would love it if you did include them.
Thanks for waiting
