How do i put it into my? i have it under my mods folder but it will not show up. all my other mods work fine. can someone please help

If it downloaded as a sims 3 file rather than a package file you put it in the downloads folder. You can also double click on it if it is a sims 3 custom content file and it will instantly install it into your game.
