I use the Pinegulcher and Flatwould furnishings so often in my game, both on residential and commercial lots ... in student buildings, restaurants, etc. ... that different colors would be very nice, indeed. Ditto for the chairs. Usually, I stay away from painted furnishings (nothing but natural wood colors for me most of the time!), but in this case, I'm gladly making an exception. I use these that much! :)
