It seems very extreme that members can't make requests for Custom Content. You should at least say why. That is like super extreme. If there is a reason say why. If there is no reason having such a rule would be really super extreme.

Considering that:

1. There is already a ton of custom content available out there.
2. Most creators hate getting requests for things because then they aren't working on stuff they want.
3. This is Mod the Sims, not Request the Sims.

I think that explains things. Oh, and it's also outlined in the various "Requests & Where are the forums? - A small guide" announcements, in all 3 of the Sims discussion forums, and we've already stated why.

A little bit of searching and reading will go a long way....
